Description: Time Mastery is the number one critical leadership skill in today’s world of exponential change. High performing CEOs, executives, and business owners master their time and recognize the importance of being inspiring leaders. However, most leaders do not have a time mastery system and scorecard to achieve success. This session will help you learn and implement The Five Time-Mastery Strategies, used by over 1000 business leaders across Canada, to escape the chaos of The 24/7 Trap: (1) Build mental toughness, (2) Use the happiness formula, (3) Park your ego, (4) Focus on your strengths; and (5) Take control of your wheel of life.
